Rack Assembly Instructions#

  1. Racks can be joined to any length; the gap between two adjacent racks must be adjusted to match the pitch.
  2. Position and fasten the first rack.
  3. Use an opposite tooth gauge to locate the next rack and keep the joint pitch continuous.
  4. Check every joint and measure the rack parallelism / straightness with a dial gauge.
  5. Locking pins should be used when assembling the racks.
